I have seen parents just sitting on the benches watching their little ones playing football or drawing with chalk. The gardens are actually lush here, not just a name. You can walk through them in the evenings or find somewhere quiet to read a book. I spent a few minutes in one of the gazebos, just listening to the life around me. 

There are retail shops on the ground floor so even quick daily shopping is easy. Honestly, I sometimes forgot my phone while walking around Arbor View because you kind of get caught up in the simple routine of it all. The fitness studios and wellness center actually seem to get used more than you would expect and people nod to each other on their way in or out. There is a club room too, which turns into a spot for board games or catching up with the neighbors. Feels more community than a place built to impress. 

The location in Arjan is one of its real strengths. Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden are just round the corner for walks and fresh air, and both are honestly worth visiting even if you have lived in Dubai a long time. Traffic is not much of an issue here compared to some other spots. There are schools, clinics, and shopping centers close so you do not need to plan a whole afternoon just to get groceries. It has that rare feeling of being slightly out of the city but never too far from anything you want or need.

This apartment is perfect for someone who does not like complicated. If you want somewhere peaceful, with real space, and a little bit of nature all around, this ticks those boxes.
