The area is lively but never overwhelming. The restaurants along the nearby walk are just far enough that you do not hear them at night, but close enough if you forget dinner plans. You will spot everyone from families to runners to people walking their dogs in the evenings. Sometimes you just want a simple coffee or a quiet bench after work, and you find it.

With 1135 square feet it does not feel cramped at all. The apartment is currently vacant and ready to move. Since it comes unfurnished there is real room to make it your own. Some people like to bring their own style and honestly it fits better that way.
