I found myself pausing at the entry just listening for a moment because you almost hear the sea even when the windows are closed. The bedrooms are all good sizes. You will notice the main suite has a view you almost need to experience in person. I stood by the window for a bit the first time I came and you can watch the sunset turn everything gold. There is a maid's room tucked away which is practical if you need it but honestly the rest of the home is all about easy comfort. Each bathroom and all the finishes have that clean just renovated feel. It is currently vacant and unfurnished so you can let your own style come through from the start which is kind of rare here.

Living on Palm Jumeirah is all about lifestyle and you get every bit of that here. You can stroll to the coffee shop in the mornings or take a bike ride along the frond in the evenings. Gourmet restaurants are close but honestly I think you will find it hard to leave your own terrace most nights. Plus you have top schools not far away and shopping never takes long. The security and amenities are top notch but you barely notice because everything works so well. It just makes day to day life simple. 

In person the villa feels much bigger than numbers can say with a built up area over seven thousand square feet and a plot just a bit more than that. Even the drive in shows you why this is one of the top addresses in Dubai. You get both relaxation and sophistication right at the beachfront. If you are thinking about an upgrade or looking for your forever spot on the Palm this place feels like an easy choice.
