You get Emirates Living Park not too far off which is great if you like a run early in the morning or even just somewhere different to go for a walk.

If you have a busy life and want to just settle in without much fuss this could honestly work very well. The price point matches the upgrades and this amount of garden space is hard to find anywhere else close to Dubai Marina and the main roads.
