Lila itself is known for being one of the more peaceful spots in Arabian Ranches 2. Everything feels looked after. And you have all the things you really need nearby. Schools are not far, so mornings do not turn into marathons. The Ranches Souk is around the corner for groceries or just if you want to wander out for coffee. There are good dining choices too, from casual cafes to family places. Even if you like the occasional takeaway, it is easy. 

The villa is vacant, so you will not have to wait or juggle with someone else's moving out date. It is just ready to walk into and make your own. The built up area is just over five thousand square feet, so you get a lot of breathing space both inside and out. And something I often notice here is that you get the afternoon sun in the back garden, which is perfect if you like to end the day outdoors. 

With the combination of layout, location, sunlight, and the general atmosphere of Arabian Ranches 2, I honestly think this would suit anyone who is after that balance of family space and calm surroundings in Dubai.
