And having access to a private stretch of beach is still one of those things that feels almost unreal until you have it. There are lounges outdoors and more places to just unwind. If you want action there is loads to do around here as well. Palm Jebel Ali is pretty packed when it comes to things to keep you busy. Residents get access to their own sandy stretch, some truly world class sports facilities, a themed water park, kids' areas, and even just spaces where you see families walking or cycling as the sun goes down. The community vibe surprises people sometimes. It is grand, but still friendly.

You never feel too far from the city, either. Head out and Dubai's most popular attractions, shopping, eating spots, and events are not far off. On a normal morning you might see people heading for coffee at that place by the entrance or just strolling along the paths that loop around the island. This part of Dubai pulls you out of the rush without cutting you off.
