Honestly it is not just the size though there is so much space you could probably host every family birthday here for the next ten years it is the feeling that catches you. So you are looking for something with room to really live. Here you go. The built up area is right around three thousand three hundred square feet so you never feel pressed for space. When I was last here I noticed the basketball hoop out back and I can imagine the games that get played on a Saturday morning. Now about the outside. The garden is honestly where you will spend most of the winter. The landscaping is all finished and there are so many types of plants that something always seems to be in bloom. The pergola area is shaded in just the right way for reading or having friends over for a chat as the sun goes down. There is a spot where you could set up a barbeque or a few chairs and it actually feels private which is sometimes hard to find. 

You also get easy access in and out of the community so coming home after a long day never feels like a hassle. Security and community maintenance are solid here even at odd hours I have always seen the guard just around the corner waving at families coming back from school runs.
