One thing I like about Piccadilly Green is how it feels just a little bit tucked away but you are never too far from anything. Shops and restaurants are close by. Grocery runs do not turn into a chore. The Mall of the Emirates is just a short drive and if you want to get into downtown Dubai or head to the airport you do not spend all afternoon in the car. There are regular community events too so over time you really get to know the faces in the neighborhood..
