Brand New Luxury Living Large Layout

There is something really calm about walking into this one bedroom apartment at Palace Residences in Dubai Creek Harbour. Before anything else you just feel that mix of quiet and light that is honestly hard to describe until you are actually standing here. I remember pausing next to the window for a minute while I visited the place and just looking at the water out there. Boats would drift by every so often and sometimes you almost forget your phone is even in your hand.

The space is bigger than you expect for a one bedroom and you do not feel boxed in at all. The layout really works here. The living area does not just look modern and fresh—it feels sorted out. There is that smooth flow between the kitchen and the main room so you are never cut off from the action if you have friends over for a quiet dinner or just someone sharing coffee in the morning. The appliances in the kitchen are all brand new and I have to say you can definitely tell when you are here. No one has ever lived in this apartment before so the cupboards still have that new feel and if you are someone who actually enjoys cooking at home you will appreciate the counter space. I have walked enough of these places to know when a kitchen is just pretending but this one actually feels like somewhere you would make a real meal.

The bedroom is tucked away for just enough privacy and it gets good light in the afternoon. I opened the wardrobe to check the space and there is honestly more than enough for two people if you are sharing. The bathroom is slick and modern too but not in that sense where you are scared to spill water anywhere. It is comfortable. You will also notice the general feeling of peace in the bedroom. The windows are double glazed so you hear almost nothing from outside even though shops restaurants and the Creek Marina are just a short walk away.

Palace Residences itself feels really special. You see families out for a walk in the evenings. Sometimes a group will be sitting down by the marina just talking and it feels actual, not staged for a brochure. The pool is honestly bigger than it looks in the photos and it is one of those places where you could spend hours just lounging with a book or taking a swim after a busy day. The gym is bright and clean and has all the equipment anyone really needs I think. Even if you love a proper spa there is one inside the building so you never have to get in the car. There is also green all around so on weekends you can just wander downstairs and find a sunny spot to sit for a while. 

One of my favorite things about Dubai Creek Harbour is that you are close to everything but it never feels crowded. Restaurants and shops are dotted along the promenade and there is always someone out for a run in the morning. Coffee shops are close so you can step out for a cappuccino without needing to drive. Security here is properly reassuring and you get your own dedicated parking which, honestly, makes life so much easier in the city.

Places like this always go quickly so sometimes you just have to see if it feels right when you come in.
