The whole house is upgraded in a way that feels subtle and thoughtful rather than flashy. There's an underwater chaise lounge by the pool that I honestly could see myself reading on all day. And yes, you really are a short drive from Nakheel Mall, The Pointe, and all the restaurants and coffee shops you feel like visiting—though you may not want to leave at all.
