Community Overview
Emaar South is an exciting master community that is being developed near the site of Expo 2020. The community is spread over a colossal area of 145 square kilometres and is divided among villa, townhouse and apartment clusters centred on a championship golf course.
With Expo 2020 just over a year away, that area of the city is being transformed into a new hub of economy, leisure and luxury living. The homes at Emaar South are going to be complemented by abundant greenery along with a large selection of retail and dining options.
The infrastructure surrounding Emaar South is being developed as well so that the community is well-connected to other key districts of Dubai. It is a short drive from the Expo 2020 site and Maktoum International Airport. Palm Jebel Ali is also quite nearby, as are Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
The Lifestyle
Emaar South is designed primarily as a family destination. The entire community is dotted with parks and green spaces, as well as an 18-hole golf course, all of which are meant to encourage an active and nature-focused lifestyle. Emaar South Golf Course
This is the second course in Dubai designed by European Golf Design and the fifth in the region. As with Dubai's previous golf courses, the Emaar South Golf Course will use the natural desert terrain to create an added challenge and to add more variety to the look of the course.
Expo 2020
A landmark event, the World Expo brings together thought leaders from around the globe to chart a path toward a brighter future. The 2020 edition of the Expo is being hosted by Dubai, which will add to the city's global footprint. Al Maktoum International Airport
Also known as Dubai World Central (DWC), Al Maktoum International Airport is one of two major airports in the city and is a key logistics hub. As the southern expanse of Dubai continues to develop, DWC will become an essential port.
