So, take your warm clothes out and head over to the following places to enjoy pleasant winter evenings.

Spend an Evening at Kite Beach

Kite Beach is a destination that is beautiful all year round. But during the winters, it becomes all the more alluring. You can sit by the seashore and let the gentle touch of the sea breeze caress your soul, or sip a cup of tea and enjoy the picturesque views of the surrounding areas.

For fitness and running enthusiasts, a run down the paved track will be a mood-lifter. But undoubtedly the most exciting activity to partake at the beach is kite flying; especially when the wind is blowing in your direction. In the end, you can head back home after watching the sun set in the horizon over the vast ocean.

Skiing at Mall of the Emirates

A winter activities list in Dubai is incomplete without the mention of skiing. Ski Dubai, located in the Mall of the Emirates is the destination for kids and adults alike to indulge in a plethora of snow-clad adventures. Maintaining a consistent temperature of -2 C all year round, the indoor ski resort lets you ski on slopes, explore the snow park, and meet actual penguins. Exploring the World at Global Village

Global Village is one of Dubai's key cultural attractions and one of the most popular during the winter season. What began as a month-long event that spanned the Dubai Shopping Festival has grown into a mega theme park that is open for half the year. The open air park has plenty of rides, stunt shows, carnivals, shopping arenas, food outlets, cultural activities tied to specific countries, and seasonally themed events.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the arena serves as a point of intersection for different cultures in the world; and hence, presents a great opportunity for anyone to experience a mélange of global cultures. While gates are open all year long, spending a winter evening at the park hits differently. While Expo is a once-in-a-lifetime event, Global Village is something you will get to experience every year.
