Some places just have this way of making you slow down right as you open the door. This five bedroom villa on Flamingo Drive in Miami Beach hits you like that. Maybe it is the calm air from all the water around or just the quiet in these neighborhoods but honestly you start moving a bit slower and looking around. You can hear your own shoes on the floors. You can look right out and see the canal and it just reminds you how close you are to the best parts of Miami without all the buzz around you all the time. Honestly what you notice right away is there is so much greenery and so much water. The villa sits on Indian Creek and I stood by the edge for a while watching the way the sun hits the water. The views are just full of these living greens and the canal shining through them. Sometimes you catch a little breeze off the water and you just want to put your phone down for a bit and watch the birds or the boats go by. The quiet feels real here. Even though the Faena District Beach is just steps over the bridge you do not even hear the city unless you want to. Early mornings you might spot someone jogging by or see a couple of kids biking after breakfast. Evenings are this golden hour with all the lights from Art Deco buildings in the distance. It feels like Miami but in the kind of way where you can still breathe. The villa itself is big and open you will see it right away. Nearly nine thousand square feet is a lot but it does not feel cold. The architecture hits you with these glass walls and tall open spaces. The entrance is honestly kind of dramatic with a moat and a Koi pond all around and that double height glass doorway it is one of those places where people just stop for a second before they come in. When you finally walk inside there is a spiral staircase made of glass it curves up almost floating in the air and with the sunlight spilling everywhere it just glows a little brighter. The whole great area feels super open so if you are into just hanging out with family or having a few friends over nobody is stuck in a corner here. The kitchen is actually the kind you might want to cook in for real not just look at it. You can see the pool out the window so if someone is swimming you know. When I say the pool is right there I mean you step outside and it is part of the story with poolside eating a summer kitchen nearby and even an outside bar and cabana bath. If you are into those weekend BBQs or just a chilled night under the stars that rooftop is made for it. There is a jacuzzi on top and a bar so you can just sit up there with a drink and let the city lights do what they do best. But even on those days when you just want to be inside this place is stacked. There is a real movie theater not like a TV room but stadium seats and surround sound so movie nights actually feel special again. There is a gym with its own steam room and sauna. The master suite has this glass elevator up so if you are carrying a tray of pancakes on Sunday morning you will actually use it. One of my favorite little surprises is the jellyfish tank by the indoor bar. At first you think it is just a cool aquarium but then they move and you realize it is real. There is this feeling that someone thought of the small things. There is always a coffee shop nearby in Miami and everything you might need is just a few minutes away either over the bridge or tucked into these quiet neighborhoods. Sometimes you will get used to seeing the same friendly faces walking dogs or heading down to the beach at sunrise. Whether you want to know about the layout or just want to take your time looking around the villa itself the only way to know if it fits your life is to see it. So if you have questions or just want to walk through and get a real feel for Flamingo Drive let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your next place to feel right for you.

Startling Canal View Five-Bed in Miami Beach At Flamingo Dr

Some homes just have a certain calm as soon as you open the door. This six bedroom villa in Miami Beach really sets that kind of mood. I actually paused for a second in the entryway just listening to how quiet everything felt. The house sits right on the canal so you get these picture perfect water views that follow you through almost every room. You start to realize that the water is kind of the star of the show here. Sometimes I find myself just standing at the windows watching the sun hit the surface or a boat glide by. It feels private even though you're so close to the heart of Miami Beach. One thing that is easy to notice is how natural the flow of the house feels. This is a contemporary mansion but it is not cold or showy. Designed by Juan Azulay so there's this focus on open spaces comfort and honestly making the most of life by the water. There is a Zen Lounge that actually makes you want to sit down for a morning coffee or even try to meditate. It is the sort of place where you could picture yourself slowing down and losing track of time which in Miami is pretty rare. Even if you are not a yoga person the whole room just calms you down. The big kitchen is something that stands out. With Sub Zero and Wolf equipment it just feels like a real place to cook. None of that fake show kitchen vibe. You can picture family breakfasts or maybe even a full on dinner with friends all without feeling cramped. There is a proper home cinema too which surprised me when I walked in honestly because it felt more like a little boutique theater than something stuck in a basement. Imagine movie nights with everyone kicking back or even catching a big game on the weekends. It actually feels lived in not staged. You will also notice how the indoor and outdoor spaces blend into each other. With the glass elevator you just zip up to the master bedroom that is absolutely its own little retreat. It almost feels like a small spa with how open and tranquil it is. There is plenty of room for a seating area right by the windows. Some mornings when it is quiet you could just sit there looking out over the water sipping coffee forgetting your phone on the nightstand. Step outside and you get the infinity pool that stretches along the canal. If you like to swim laps you really can here and the poolside cabana is just a nice touch for low key afternoons. Sometimes the evening breeze picks up and you can just flop down on a lounger and watch the lights twinkle over the water. There is even a rooftop deck so at sunset it is tough not to head up there with a drink. You get a perfect view of the neighborhood the water and some of Miami Beach's skyline in the distance. It is quiet up there and you barely hear anything except maybe a seabird. Seems like a pretty dreamy place to end your day. For people into boating you barely need to think. With no fixed bridges you can take off straight to the ocean in minutes. On weekends you might spot neighbors setting up for some wake surfing or just cruising out to the Intracoastal. The community itself is really peaceful with tree lined streets private gates and local families who know each other by name. There is tennis golf a full gym and a park nearby. Even Bal Harbour shops and South Beach are just a short ride but you never feel the chaos of the city here. It actually feels tucked away in its own world. Honestly seeing this villa in person changed my mind about what waterfront living in Miami could be. It is stylish and modern but never feels showy or cold. Just gives you that Miami lifestyle where mornings start slow and the water is part of every day. If you think you might want something like this the best way is just to come feel it for yourself. You can always call or message if you want more details or just want to walk through. At LuxuryPropertycom we want your next move to just feel right and relaxed from the start.

Beautiful Six-Bedroom Residence in Miami Beach

Some places just know how to grab your attention right from the start. That is what happened to me at this three bedroom villa at 50 S Pointe Drive in Miami. The elevator doors open and I am not exaggerating here the ocean view actually hits you. Big sky full of morning light, water stretching forever, and for a second you honestly do forget what you came upstairs to see. Inside it just feels thought through. Not showy, just solid and comfortable with all those thoughtful touches that make everyday life easier. It is hard to explain until you are standing there. The living space is so open and every window gives you another angle of the sea or the city. The light moves around a lot during the day and at different times you find yourself drawn to different corners of the room. I remember just leaning on the balcony railing while a big ship slid past out to sea and thinking, this is the kind of view you do not get bored of. There are actually four different balconies so if you want sunrise or sunset or even a little space to just read with a coffee nobody is getting in your way. The kitchen is one of those that looks good but is practical as well. Miele and Sub Zero appliances tucked in nicely and a view out towards Fisher Island while you cook which makes it a bit less of a chore. It is not the kind of kitchen you hide behind a wall. If you love to cook or even just to chat with someone while you boil pasta you will notice how comfortable it feels. The sound system is built in through the whole place too, so honestly even doing dishes just feels a bit more relaxing with music drifting through every room. Bedrooms all actually work as real bedrooms, not just space fillers. The master is big and set up in a way that stays peaceful no matter how busy your day gets. Two walk in closets keep things organized, and the bathroom looks like it came from one of those quiet hotels where you always sleep well. It's got a bit of a spa feeling, with good soft light and space to breathe. If you take your time in the morning it is the kind of place where you will not feel rushed. Other bedrooms, they are just as bright but with their own views and privacy. Maybe one could be an office or a corner where you hide away with a journal. I noticed the walls are perfect for hanging up art if you have some pieces you love. Or you could just let those views do all the talking. It is easy to imagine friends coming over and those first few minutes where everyone just stands by the window and points at the water or the city below. Evening is a special time, with all the colors changing as the sun goes down and the lights start popping on across the bay. Step outside your own door and you realize the building takes care of just about everything. Beach is practically at your feet so even a quick dip before work is easy. Three pools if you want a quieter swim or time with friends. There is always someone at the concierge and valet which really does make a difference when you come back loaded down with shopping. If you like staying active the tennis courts are can be a real weekday treat and the gym looks out over the ocean which honestly is better than staring at a wall. Also, Miami really delivers with food and coffee never far. There are local spots tucked around the area where you see regular faces in the morning or catch a late slice of pizza after a concert. Some evenings kids are out riding bikes and there is a bit of a community feel even though every home here is private and quiet. Honestly you can read about all this but you only get the atmosphere once you walk through and see how the spaces connect. If you want to check it out or just have a chat about what living here means, reach out anytime. At LuxuryProperty.com our job is to help you find a place that feels like you. Maybe this is it.
