Palace Beach Residences – Tower 1, Marsa Dubai
Some places just give you a quiet kind of excitement the first time you walk in. That is how it felt with this three bedroom apartment at Palace Beach Residence sitting right on Emaar Beachfront. Light really does something special here. Right off the entrance the rays play along the big open living area and you cannot help but let your eyes drift out to that wide blue view. The water almost calls you out to the balcony and I actually stood out there for a minute just breathing in the salty air and listening to the city slow down for a while.
This apartment is a corner layout so it feels bigger than you expect. With about 1915 square feet you can stretch out and have your own proper spaces without feeling cramped but it still stays easy to look after. I noticed right away that the living and dining just flow together. Nothing fussy or forced about the space. You get these floor to ceiling windows everywhere so even when you are just making a cup of tea the Marina skyline pops up in the background. I am not kidding when I say it makes weekday mornings feel a bit less rushed and a lot more calm.
The kitchen is open plan and it sits just the right distance from the living so you can cook without feeling cut off. It actually feels like somewhere you would make a real meal not just line up the takeaway. The appliances are built in so neat you almost forget they are there but when you use them they just work. One of those setups where you do not have to look hard to find what you need. And storage is exactly where it should be. Tucked away but handy. The laundry is nicely separated and that sounds boring but it keeps the rest of the place neat.
Three bedrooms keep things comfortable I have to say. I tried out the main one and the finishes are modern but not showing off if you know what I mean. You get blackout curtains that really work and the air con is quiet so you sleep properly. The second rooms are just as peaceful or nice for home office space if you want it. Plus there is a maid's room that gives that bit of extra flexibility. Maybe a study maybe storage or just extra help.
Sometimes with beachfront apartments you feel like you are in a hotel not a home but this one gets the balance right. The pool area is peaceful in the mornings with some gentle chatter from neighbours doing laps and the gym actually catches the sunlight so it is not a cave down there. I noticed people smiling at the concierge desk when I came through and honestly the team feel like they remember you not just your apartment number. Quick lifts for when you need to run out and parking is easy even on busy evenings. If you have groceries or a stroller the drop off spot is where you would want it.
The best part for me is the real sense of place around here. Emaar Beachfront always has its own laid back energy. You see people jogging on the path in the evenings or heading out for coffee at one of the spots across the road. Marina is so close you could walk if you feel like it or Palm Jumeirah is just over the bridge if you fancy a slow afternoon by the sea. Sometimes you see kids riding bikes downstairs and it just feels safe. The beach is private so you really can wander down for sunsets with only a handful of neighbours.
This one is fully furnished with pieces that actually suit the space. Nothing random or heavy. It just fits so you can bring your suitcase and feel settled from day one. At 575000 AED it sits in the comfortable end of the rental market considering all that is on offer both inside the apartment and across the Palace Beach Residences community.
The only real way to get a feel for it is to come by and see for yourself. If you have a question or just want to look around I am always close to the phone. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your move to feel comfortable and easy right from the start. Come see if it feels right for you.
