When I walked in the first time I actually slowed down and just looked out of those huge windows for a bit. Sunlight was coming in everywhere and you get this pretty nice Sidra Villa view that feels leafy and green even with the city all around you.
I think what really stands out here is how open the living area feels. It is not cramped at all. The layout flows nicely so whether you are making coffee in the morning or sinking into the sofa at the end of a long day it just fits real life. These modern finishes are there but they do not shout for your attention. It is more about feeling comfortable. And it is not one of those apartments that just looks good in pictures—you can actually imagine living here. Even the kitchen feels ready for someone who actually likes to cook not just heat up takeouts.
The whole place is unfurnished which honestly gives you the chance to make it feel like yours right from the start. Some people like to come in with their own sofa or hang art and that is easy to do here because the walls and floors are light and the space is bright. The area has got a family feel without feeling noisy and you can walk across to Dubai Hills Park in a few minutes. Sometimes in the evenings you will see families walking kids or even a couple of people with their dogs. The community is actually calm and green which you do not always get this close to the city. Plus if you need to go anywhere you have quick access to Al Khail Road so you are not stuck in traffic for hours. Dubai Hills Mall is around the corner too if you want to shop or grab food with friends. You will find a coffee shop nearby for your morning fix and there is enough space in the kitchen that you might actually want to try baking at home.
One of my favorite things here is the feel of the amenities. The swimming pool is kind of resort style and it feels like you are on holiday for a minute when you are lying there with a book. There is a gym that looks out on greenery so you do not have to stare at walls when you are on the treadmill. There are landscaped gardens that are great for a walk or just sitting with music after work. Plus if you have kids or visiting nephews and nieces there are play areas that do not feel crowded or fake.
It is a brand new apartment so you get that fresh start. If you like modern spaces but also want a real sense of community Park Field at Dubai Hills does both pretty well. Everything is ready to move in. You just bring yourself and a few things.
