Episode 4 - The Most Unique Beachfront Homes in the World

In the latest episode, Andrew Cummings takes a boat ride over to the Heart of Europe, located 4 kms from Dubai’s western coastline, to check out two of the city’s most incredible new villas. First up is the Floating Seahorse, an partially submerged villa that redefines the whole concept of a seaside home. The ‘ground floor’ living area opens out to a terrace with a built-in Jacuzzi where you can enjoy a relaxed afternoon, or you could dive right into the sea for a quick swim if you’d prefer. The underwater bedrooms have to be seen to be believed, with schools of fish swimming past the floor-to-ceiling windows. You also have a stunning rooftop deck overlooking a complete 360-degree view of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.

Next, Andrew heads over to one of the gorgeous Palaces on Sweden Island. This very aptly named home offers an immense amount of interior and exterior space, with direct beach frontage. Highlights include what might be the largest master bedroom in the city, a rooftop lounge that could easily stand on par with some of Dubai’s best clubs and a feature you definitely will not find anywhere else - a snow room.

Both villas have an optional furniture package by Bentley. Find a curated selection of homes in the Heart of Europe below and get in touch if you would like to view one of these unbelievable properties for yourself.
