Dean is a second-generation real estate broker from South Africa with over eight years of experience in the Middle East, more than half of which is in the Dubai market. After only a short time with LuxuryProperty.com as our Arabian Ranches specialist, he was promoted to Sales Manager, which is a testament to the efforts that he puts in, as well as his natural talent for leadership and management.
In his current role, Dean oversees sales and leasing teams across the various villa communities of Dubai, including Dubai Hills Estate, Damac Hills, Arabian Ranches and Jumeirah Golf Estates. He is responsible for planning, organizing and executing sales and marketing strategies across all of these areas, coordinating with the respective area specialists to ensure that all client requirements are met. He is also instrumental in organising Open Houses and other marketing events.
Through Dean’s constant efforts, our teams continue to expand and all of our clients are assured the smoothest customer experience. Although he leaves the majority of the transactional work to his team members, he is more than happy to be a part of the action when needed. He does still a key role in managing our listings at Arabian Ranches. Dean is a keen sportsman, holding a diploma in Sports Science, and is a major football and rugby fan. He is also a grilling enthusiast and enjoys a good backyard BBQ.
