Divided into three sub-communities – Bella Casa, Casa Dora and Casa Viva – the residences at Serena are inspired by the architectural designs of the Spanish and Portuguese house. More than that, however, Serena aims to create the type of close-knit neighbourhoods you will find in towns and suburban areas across the Mediterranean. Tree-lined driveways, landscaped gardens and wide paved roads with sparse traffic are some of the key features that tie all three communities together.
Bella Casa and Casa Viva comprise a mix of villas and townhouses, while Casa Dora is purely a townhouse community. All of the homes feature sunny exterior facades, red tiled roofs and elaborate ironwork. The interiors provide a more contemporary contrast to the classic Mediterranean look with open plan layouts, soothing neutral colours and a sense of design that is clean and bordering on minimalistic.

Running from October/November till about mid-April, this annual event is one of Dubai’s most popular cultural attractions. Dubailand is the most central district of Dubai, stretching across an immense 3 billion square feet in the heart of the city.
