Serena Mediterranean Inspired Community in Dubailand
Serena is a project in Dubailand being developed by Dubai Properties. It is composed of villas and townhouses inspired by Spanish and Portuguese homes offering exceptional family living. Serena is divided into three enclaves – Bella Casa, Casa Dora and Casa Viva.
LuxuryProperty.com is delighted to present Serena, a residential community being developed by Dubai Properties in the Dubailand district.
Divided into three sub-communities – Bella Casa, Casa Dora and Casa Viva – the residences at Serena are inspired by the architectural designs of the Spanish and Portuguese house. More than that, however, Serena aims to create the type of close-knit neighbourhoods you will find in towns and suburban areas across the Mediterranean. Tree-lined driveways, landscaped gardens and wide paved roads with sparse traffic are some of the key features that tie all three communities together.
Bella Casa and Casa Viva comprise a mix of villas and townhouses, while Casa Dora is purely a townhouse community. All of the homes feature sunny exterior facades, red tiled roofs and elaborate ironwork. The interiors provide a more contemporary contrast to the classic Mediterranean look with open plan layouts, soothing neutral colours and a sense of design that is clean and bordering on minimalistic.
Serena is a haven for family living, offering outdoor spaces where you can enjoy quality time with loved ones, including parks, outdoor sports facilities, play areas and community pools. The heart of the community is the Central Plaza, which has a vibrant Spanish theme and is a hub of shopping, dining and leisure where residents can socialize. An ideal location in the centre of Dubai also allows for quick and easy connectivity to the city’s other major urban centres.
Serena will be releasing its various communities in separate phases. Bella Casa will be ready in Q3 2019, followed by Casa Dora in Q2 2020 and Casa Viva in Q3 2020.
