We are delighted to present Marina Sands, the last project to be launched in the most prime sector of Emaar Beachfront, located directly next to the main park of the community.
Available in one to four-bedroom layouts, the apartments of Marina Sands feature a stunning contemporary aesthetic with a crisp white palette and floor-to-ceiling glass that brighten up the interiors even further. The upper floors of the tower have a larger number of three and four-bed units, making them perfect options for families and as a result, highly sought after.
The living rooms in all of the apartments are open plan and the bedrooms offer plenty of built-in storage space. The apartments also benefit from balconies that provide you with the perfect place to enjoy the cool sea breeze while looking out over the most unbelievable views.
Residents of Marina Sands have access to a fantastic wealth of amenities, including an infinity pool deck, a well-equipped fitness centre, play areas for children, landscaped terraces and access to a ground-level retail plaza. A yacht marina, the region's largest cruise terminal, shopping malls and more are also located nearby.
Emaar Beachfront is a gated island community that is the first of its kind in Dubai and is an integral part of the exciting master development of Dubai Harbour, which will contain a mix of high-end residential and hospitality projects. It will also be home to the 135-meter tower Dubai Lighthouse, an architectural icon that will overlook 360-degree views of the coastline and the Arabian Sea.
Please get in touch for further details about Marina Sands.
A residential and leisure destination being developed by Emaar Properties, Emaar Beachfront will span roughly half the area of Dubai Harbour. It will be divided among luxury apartments, a five-star hotel and other attractions.
The city’s newest architectural landmark is a stunning 135-metre tall observation tower with a very futuristic design. Dubai Lighthouse will offer 360-degree panoramas of the city and the ocean, and can also be used as a giant projection screen for shows and events.
Dubai Harbour will be a waterfront destination like no other in the city. Its biggest draw is the presence of two cruise terminals that can each hold 6,000 passengers at a time, with an expected annual load of 1.2 million passengers. The area will also be home to the largest marina in the MENA region, capable of docking yachts up to 85 metres long.
