LuxuryProperty.com is delighted to present Grand Bleu Tower, a contemporary residential project in the upcoming waterfront community of Emaar Beachfront.
Grand Bleu Tower is the first project in Emaar Beachfront to feature branded residences, with interiors laid out by renowned designer Elie Saab. The architectural style has a contemporary take on Miami's famous Art Deco District, combining sleek lines and a glittering facade. The project will comprise one to three-bedroom apartments with a choice of two design schemes – Warm or Cool – plus four-bedroom penthouses with their own unique design. The layouts will be open plan, with well-appointed en-suite bedrooms and large windows to maximise the view over Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and a gorgeous park.
The tower features a multi-level podium that will house an exceptional selection of amenities, including a fully equipped fitness centre, a landscaped pool deck, BBQ areas, multipurpose rooms, children's play areas and a choice selection of dining and shopping outlets. Residents will also have access to a private beach with world-class facilities and a yacht marina.
Emaar Beachfront is a gated island community that is the first of its kind in Dubai. It has already launched three residential projects to great success, and the addition of a residential project with interiors by Elie Saab will only serve to make it a more attractive destination for investors and residents alike.
It is part of the exciting master development of Dubai Harbour, which will contain a mix of high-end waterfront apartments, luxury hotels. It will also be home to the 135-meter tower Dubai Lighthouse, an architectural icon that will overlook 360-degree views of the coastline and the Arabian Sea.

A residential and leisure destination being developed by Emaar Properties, Emaar Beachfront will span roughly half the area of Dubai Harbour. It will be divided among luxury apartments, a five-star hotel and other attractions.
The city’s newest architectural landmark is a stunning 135-metre tall observation tower with a very futuristic design. Dubai Lighthouse will offer 360-degree panoramas of the city and the ocean, and can also be used as a giant projection screen for shows and events.
Dubai Harbour will be a waterfront destination like no other in the city. Its biggest draw is the presence of two cruise terminals that can each hold 6,000 passengers at a time, with an expected annual load of 1.2 million passengers. The area will also be home to the largest marina in the MENA region, capable of docking yachts up to 85 metres long.
