We are delighted to present SLS Dubai Residences, a magnificent hospitality and residential project being developed in Business Bay.
SLS Dubai is part of the global SLS brand, known for its stunning hotels across the US. The project is located just outside the main hub of Business Bay, allowing for easy access to the neighbouring districts of DIFC and Downtown Dubai. It connects directly to Al Khail Road, one of Dubai’s key highways, which puts the rest of the city within easy reach.
Dramatic design is one of the hallmarks of SLS, which can be seen in the unique honeycomb structure of the 75-storey tower. It is divided among 371 residences, along with hotel rooms and hotel apartments. The residential units are a mix of lofts and duplexes in one and two-bedroom layouts, as well as a select number of simplex units and studios.
Each of the units benefits from an incredible amount of space, boasting some of the largest layouts in Business Bay. The design is contemporary and elegant, with ceiling heights in excess of 3 meters in simplex and duplex units and more than 7 meters in the lofts. The interior finishes and features are courtesy of renowned Italian and German brands, including Lea, Hafele and Franke. All kitchens have integrated appliances and smart technology controls the ambience of the residences. Each residence also has a balcony that enjoys unobstructed 180-degree panoramas of the city due to the tower’s distinctive design.
Residents of SLS have access to a truly exceptional range of amenities, which include three pools, a spa, a gym, a multipurpose room and a la carte services such as housekeeping and valet parking. The Crown, which covers the top 6 levels of the tower, offers even more fantastic options such as two signature restaurants, a Ciel spa & gym, a sky lobby & lounge, a rooftop nightclub and one of the city’s highest infinity pools.
SLS will be a new icon of luxury in Business Bay and is slated for completion in Q3 2020.
