Arabian Ranches 2 is the ongoing second phase of the very popular Arabian Ranches community. The two are often considered to be halves of one mega development but are in fact completely distinct communities. One of the major differences between them is that Arabian Ranches 1 has a higher degree of home ownership, while Arabian Ranches 2 seems to be more popular for rentals. Arabian Ranches 2 comprises 9 villa communities – Azalea, Casa, Lila, Palma, Rasha, Reem, Rosa, Samara and Yasmin. The majority of them have a very Spanish-influenced aesthetic, with Azalea and Yasmin having a more Arabesque look to them and Casa sporting a Moroccan design.


Unlike its predecessor, which is spread out around the immense Arabian Ranches Golf Course, Arabian Ranches 2 is a more close-knit community, surrounding its homes with parks, green spaces and pathways ideally designed for casual afternoon strolls.

Due to its clustered design, Arabian Ranches 2 has even more of a family neighbourhood feel to it. The two key facets of the community are the Ranches Souk and Ranches Primary School, along with outdoor sports facilities, community pools and abundant greenery.


Ranches Souk – A two-storey shopping center that is the main retail hub of the community. The Ranches Souk has a choice selection of retail outlets covering the spectrum from electronics to fashion. It also has its own supermarket and an array of gourmet cafes and restaurants. It is also a community center, featuring a swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, and other fitness and leisure facilities.


Ranches Primary School – Following a UK curriculum, Ranches Primary School offers exceptional education and development for young minds. Samara is the newest of the communities in Arabian Ranches 2, offering a choice of three, four and five-bedroom villas in a gorgeous coastal Spanish d. Low-pitched roofs and bright, warm colours are key features of the villas, which are expected to hand over within a couple of months.





With its modern Arabesque design, Yasmin brings a unique aesthetic to Arabian Ranches 2. The two-tier villas are available in four to six-bedroom layouts and have a beautiful color palette that draws inspiration from the earthy tones of the desert. Yasmin is in the process of handing over.





At three years old, Casa is the most established of the communities at Arabian Ranches 2.
