Even the entrance has that wow factor, yet still manages to feel welcoming. You catch little details in the design that make you realise how much thought has gone into it.

The spot itself is right on Sheikh Zayed Road, which means you’re in the heart of Dubai’s action. But step back inside and it’s surprisingly peaceful. You could be at the World Trade Centre in just a few minutes, slip into an art gallery for a quiet afternoon, or find yourself choosing between half a dozen top restaurants without ever driving far. The metro’s nearby, the main roads are at your doorstep, and everything from the Marina to Downtown feels close enough for a spur-of-the-moment trip.

Living here is more than just having a place high up in the skyline. Picture waking early, sunlight spilling across the city, coffee in hand while the streets slowly start to hum. The rooms aren’t just laid out well – they connect naturally, so evenings with friends or quiet nights in both feel right. And the vertical mall?
